BCIS-JS Calculator

This calculator allows the calculation of the BCIS-JS as well as the completeness of revascularisation.
The jeopardy score should be based on all coronary disease, not just those subtending viable myocardium.
• Where a main vessel gives rise to multiple branches, only lesions in the branch supplying the largest territory (the major branch) should be scored.
• For anatomical variations, equivalent myocardial territories should be assessed. The ramus intermedius branch could be scored as major DG or major OM, if considered to supply a similar territory. When the RCA is dominant, the proximal Cx should be scored as a major OM.
